the Garota de Ipanema  park in front of the building guaranties this place a calm oasis in a vivid  area, only 3 min from both beach.

There are lots of little, charming booths for drinks, food, surfing or to rent a bike just next to the building. Supermarkets, pharmacies, coffeurs, banks, boutiques and many more shops are within two blocks.
